Requesting an Appointment On-Line Things You Need to Know:
-This service is intended for advance appointment REQUESTS ONLY (3 or more days notice)
-We do not take same day requests online.
-Requesting an appointment IS NOT confirmation of an appointment. You will receive an e-mail from the Hillside notifying you of the status of your appointment within 48 hours of your request.
-You may always call the Hillside to book an appointment. Due to the volume of calls and providers scheduling expect to leave a voice mail with detailed information about your request. Requesting appointments online is typically the fastest way of processing appointment requests.
-Additional appointment times (other than online listings) may be available. If you need an appointment time that is not listed please call the Hillside at 910.485.1300 ext. 11
-If you are trying to redeem a gift certificate do not use this method for requesting appointments. Call the Hillside at 910.485.1300 ex.11 and we will be happy to assist you in booking your services.
- A credit card is required for requesting an appointment online. You will not be billed until the day of the service, if you confirm an appointment with us. At the time of the appointment you may pay with your credit card or other accepted method.
- Please note that if you confirm an appointment with us and fail to give 24 hours notice of cancellation or fail to show for the confirmed appointment you will be charged the full amount of the services per our cancellation policy- no exceptions! **Please read our billing and policy pages.
